Lost, Stolen, or Delivered Packages Policy

Black Girls Shoot Too (BGST) is not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, misplaced, or damaged after the shipping carrier has confirmed delivery to the address provided by the customer at checkout.

Once an order has been shipped, customers are responsible for monitoring their tracking information and ensuring that packages are delivered to a secure location. If tracking shows that an order has been delivered but cannot be located, customers should contact the shipping carrier and their local post office to initiate an investigation.

BGST will provide reasonable assistance with shipping inquiries when possible; however, we are not responsible for replacing or refunding orders that the carrier confirms as delivered.

Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate and that packages can be delivered safely to your location.

All of our apparel is made to order and printed on demand through an outside fulfillment partner. Because items are custom-produced specifically for you upon purchase, all sales are final, and we do not accept returns, exchanges, or issue refunds.
